Please refer attached “REEL Regenerative Assessment Tool and Guidance 1.0 GINs -v0.1” tool. Please commence work to develop the Gin Certification module on the “Code to Standard” platform. Take this as top priority, and work estimate we will discuss and get back to you.

1. Process flow will remain dynamic as ( Supply chain – Verification team – Certification Body – Verification team) / (Ginner- supply chain-verification -certification-verification)
2. The certification body will have 2 accounts as one for submitting the audit report and another for certification
3. User can be mapped to multiple Gins in case of supply chain team initiating audit, / one user per ginner in case of ginner initiating audit request (Based on management decision)
4. Separate tab modules will be generated for PG and Gin audit on the same platform, and escalation will also be separate
5. Appeal can be redirected to the External Appeal Committee
6. Filter option needs to be provided on the home page for sorting/ searching of Audit requests
7. Dashboard – please share the prototype within 2 days for the verification teams' review and suggestions
8. Rename – Export code to “ Download codes” and import & update code to “Upload & Update Code”
9. Please share the timeline to roll out the Gin module on the “Code to Standard” platform.
